What to expect from me ...

• I will act with integrity, honesty, and openness.
• I will share with you all my knowledge to give your horse the best care possible.
• I will discuss fees for therapeutic work in advance.
• I will always treat you and your horse with respect.
• I do not hit horses with anything. Period.
• If working on your horse becomes unsafe for the horse or farrier, I will advise you of your options before proceeding.

 

What is expected from you ...

• Be open and honest with me regarding behavior issues and previous problems.
• Provide a safe, clean, dry, well lit work area.
• Be present, or have another responsible person present while I work on your horse.
• Pay at the time service is rendered.
